Looks like upstream has abandoned creating sufficiently frequent release tags since 1.5+ years ago (Feb 2023). [a] However, there is a maintained and working AUR/deheader-git package. [b] Upstream's master branch receives adequate attention from developer Eric S. Raymond. [c] I think it makes sense for users to find and build only the '-git' AUR package.
