MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pacemaker1.1-git [2]: Boken, abandoned pkg from 2020. Cannot be built due to incompatibility with dependency libesmtp.
I don't think it's useful to keep this EOL version from 2020. AUR has a working package for the current code in upstream's git main branch (AUR/pacemaker-git), as well as a stable release package (AUR/pacemaker).
