Request #61174 has been Rejected by Antiz [1]: There is no need to delete that package if you intend to resubmit it (despite it will provide the "-nogui" version from now on). You can simply update the PKGBUILD to ship the "-nogui" version.
By the way, this PKGBUILD is missing "git" as a makedepends as well as a pkgver function. Also, you shouldn't add `base-devel` as a makedepends, it is already assumed installed at build time.
