flutter-bin is the complete upstream-prepared flutter distribution. I have reviewed the provides, and they are correct. Arguably, some provides are missing, but they are currently not used by any other packages. Consider fluffychat, which is maintained by WithTheBraid, the maintainer of flutter. It has makedeps on flutter-target-linux and flutter-tool. It is presumably one of the packages "broken" by flutter-bin. Yet it builds successfully when the flutter-* makedeps are provided by flutter-bin. [1]
