MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sedsed-git [2]: Broken, and upstream is not actively maintained at all for the last 2 years. [a] (And since 2020, the GitHub repo received only cosmetic / readme / dependabot autobump / CI config adjustments.)
Does not seem useful to keep the VCS build. There's still a working AUR/sedsed package for upstream's latest stable release, maintained by Arch Developer Christian Hesse (@eworm).
