MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge percol [2] into percol-git [3]: Better to keep only the '-git' package, as it has untagged but useful fixes (+39 commits).
Last stable release was in 2015. Last master branch commit is from 2019. (Also there are newer pull requests in the pipeline, and it seems owner attends to those occasionally.)
