Public subscription offerings to ISDN telecom services (early 1990's limited market uptake transitional technology to ADSL) have been discontinued all around the world, and operational access will be shut down completely until 2025 everywhere for integrated, embedded legacy call center hardware from 20+ years ago as well (which are equipment that do not support x86 code, or likely not even programmable at all).
