MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for manubot [2]: Needs update and change to depends=python-pyrate-limiter (as per upstream BOM) from the broken python-ratelimiter (EOL 2017).
Flagged for newer upstream release on 2023-12-21. Also @mschu has requested the changeover to the new pyrate-limiter a few days before that.
