MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libdbusmenu-qt [2]: No longer needed by anything, and lib32-qt4 has been failing to build for the last 9 months.
Anyway this was just an optional addon, to allow exporting a Qt4 application's menu item list to the desktop environment, letting it place the menu bar into a global top bar instead of mandatorily inside the main application window. There is no loss of functionality to any legacy Qt4 application at all with the removal of this package.
