MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xfce4-panel-gtk2 [2]: Unneeded EOL legacy version from 2017 of repo's xfce4-panel. FTBFS (fails to build from source).
Not useful to keep: if it would compile and install successfully, it would just break downstream dependents.
