Since my first reply may have been blocked: Maintainer here. A game's delisting from GOG doesn't magically remove it from everyone's libraries that have purchased it prior to the delisting or the content from GOG's servers. Hence why this package should remain available for those of us that purchased the game in the past. In this case ut2004 remains playable and usable for those who already own it.
