MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-twisted [2]: Safe to delete this now unused legacy networking framework.
Some dependencies already have issues with binary bindings (to libxml). Consumer londonlaw-git is currently unmaintained, but there is a Python3 port of that available.
