Tested. this is not need anymore because makemkv install their
libraries directly to /usr/lib, and actual players (mpv at least) can
handle libmmdb directly (or the library directly overlay these libraries
iself), installed or not installed libaacs/libbdplus

so, is safe to delete

unless a "obscure" software needs it, wich the maintainer should need
clarify
