MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-sip [2]: This Python2 based sip 4 tool is no longer needed by any functioning package.
The only remaining AUR dependent is qgis-crayfish-plugin from 2018; it is broken. But its latest upstream version works with Python3. I've notified its maintainer and flagged it OOD.
