Unused Perl library, last updated in 2019. The pkgdesc, which is copied from upstream, is quite a nonsense sentence. Anyway, the module is actually a fork/mod of Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PkgVersion. The latter is part of Dist::Zilla, which is actively maintained (last released in Jan 2023). An up-to-date AUR package is available for it. [a] Nothing depends on this Perl package on AUR.
