Unused, abandoned package from 2021, for a closed-source for-pay application component. There's no public information on Google's Cloud SDK site on whether the bigtable emulator package is still getting maintained by them, and if any current version is available or not. Only the main bigtable module can be requested for download, after enrolling to a trial subscription, which will become a regular subscription after the trial period.
