The only thing you seems to advance is that you think it is up to the original authors and code holders to deal with that legitimately and the AUR shouldn't be involved in this. As stated in the FAQ section of the AUR wiki page [0], every packages are permitted on the AUR **as long as you are in compliance with the licensing terms of the content**. This implies that illegal packages are not allowed on the AUR (despite what you may think). As of now, this package's situation is unclear enough to not allow keeping that package serenely on the AUR and will thus be removed. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Antiz/
