MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for system-config-samba [2]:

Orphan, broken Gtk2/Python2 based package. Discontinued by upstream
Fedora / Red Hat since 2016 [a], and also by its fork project in
Ubuntu, around 2017-2018. [b]

Source tarball is hosted in AUR git repo.

Depends on gksu which is discontinued and its use for giving GUI apps
elevated (root) runtime privileges is strongly discouraged.

On AUR, there is only an optional consumer which works just fine
without this.

Therefore I recommend deletion, and it is safe to do so.
