MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge station [2] into station-
appimage [3]:

'station' is an unmaintained binary AppImage package from 2021 for an
Electron-based open-source application.

It is unclear exactly what it does; pkgdesc is bogus and meaningless.
From website, it seems it is a web browser frontend on top of
Electron. Otherwise there's lots of marketing blurb and little
concrete, solid info there, about what is this supposed to do. Though
it seems harmless enough, maybe one needs to read the Privacy Policy
if there is such.

The 'station' PKGBUILD does not use install command to copy the files,
it uses cp, and then it just uses find to list the directories and
changes the permissions on those, but not on the files.

Fellow AUR user @zxp19821005 has created a much more proper PKGBUILD
for the same, and uploaded it as 'station-appimage'.

Also the 'station' package maintainer seems unresponsive to users,
wheres @zxp19821005 writes back and also listens to feedback and tries
to incorporate useful fixes and suggestions.
