a821 [1] filed a deletion request for pacstats-hg [2]: Google deprecated `code.google.com` long ago IIRC. The mercurial repo cannot be cloned (though the sources are there), so this package is useless, not to mention the last commit was in 2010.
The stable version `pacstats` is available, but is also broken (from at least 2018). However, it wasn't flagged, so I did so to give the maintainer a chance.
