MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-arcsi [2]: Severely broken Python2 library.
Last updated in 2018; source is now 404. Its core binary dependency GDAL no longer supports Python2 bindings. And for the old Python2 bindings in AUR, there is no matching GDAL build. I recommend deleting this defunct package. Finally it seems the Python3 version of this package, available on AUR, supports the latest rios library and through it, the current GDAL runtime.
