a821 [1] filed a deletion request for wpkg-cli [2]: Sketchy software. There are neither sources nor documentation. No votes nor comments either. Maintainer/developer (same nick) says it's no longer maintained/"very outdated" (I suppose this is his website http://opgl.ct8.pl/)
