The git repo of the upstream gtk3-nocsd has been archived a year ago. [a] This fork's git repo has not been updated since 2016. [b] The GTK3 No-CSD patch is included in the maintained AUR/gtk3-classic fork. I have commented about the discontinuation of the GTK3 No-CSD patch on the AUR/gtk3-nocsd-git a year ago about this, to inform users. They should use AUR/gtk3-classic to continue having the No-CSD feature of gtk3.
