The point is that there are no "fixes", it's just a configuration change, since a system-wide installation of electron13 will correctly read the command-line flags from `electron(13)-flags.conf`, a separate package is unnecessary, https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/discord- canary-electron-bin can be used instead.
