MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pylibpcap [2]: This Python 2 binding for libpcap has been discontinued after 2012. Package is broken with current makepkg.conf defaults, but it is no longer needed (nothing depends on it on AUR). So I recommend deletion.
