MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-neurdflib [2]: As per maintainer @liamtimms's comment in 2020, this package is not needed anymore.
It is a patched 2020 version of python-rdflib - but the patch has been merged to rdflib later in 2020. Arch [extra] has the (almost) up-to-date python-rdflib package.
