MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libturpial [2]: Broken Python2 package, last released in 2014.
There is some Py3 conversion in an experimental git branch, so its VCS counterpart, AUR/libturpial-git could be migrated to it. I've already discussed this idea with maintainer @lucaswerkmeister, and he expressed willingness to try that option. Meanwhile, this 'stable' package is broken so I recommend deleting it. (If the project gets revived in the future with a stable release, this package can easily be recreated - but until that hypothetical time, it is not useful to keep.)
