rsa [1] filed a deletion request for libinput-hires-scroll [2]: This patched version is irrelevant now, the patch added has been superseded by another one that has been merged already https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/-/merge_requests/139 so the base libinput package already contains the functionality.
