MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for systemd-denotify [2]: Development of this Python 2 tool seems to have been discontinued in 2018.
Package is broken because of the missing python2-systemd package, and also because python2-notify has no source available anymore and it's not on PyPI either. So I suggest to delete this package.
