MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for cloog-git [2]: This VCS package has not been maintained since 2018.
It has a few problems so it is not proper; also it uses the old source repo so its version is frozen in time in 2015. As there do not seem to be a demand for fixing it (last comment is from 2018, apart from my remarks from May), I recommend to delete it.
