MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pythonmagick [2]: Discontinued official Python bindings of ImageMagick, supported only v6 but now v7.
Source is deleted (404). Package is orphaned. I recommend deletion of this broken and deprecated package. Safe to do so: nothing depends on it.
