MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-mipp [2]: Legacy Meteorologocal data processing library, last tagged release was in 2018.
Not needed by anything on AUR. Also, scientific fields requiring high performance numerical computation virtually all migrated to using Python 3, because they need binary bindings to number-crunching native libraries, and the Python 2 ecosystem for such use cases is pretty much dead now.
