MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-baseband [2]: I suggest to delete this package since this Python 2 based legacy version from 2018 is beyond repair on AUR, as python2-astropy is gone and python2-h5py from 2018 is not compatible anymore with the hdf5 scientific data format library C API headers.
