MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gerty-git [2]: I think this VCS package can be deleted
From project readme: Gerty is the automation tool for network operation tasks, like: * Collecting status and configuration data * Executing remote commands * Parallel, massive execution Various management access interfaces are available: * Telnet/SSH command line * SNMP * NETCONF * TL/1 "Project status: preparing for a release" That was still the case 5 years ago, in 2017. Then everything stopped, project seems abandoned. I believe it is not useful in this frozen prerelease state. There are many network management automation tools available nowadays.
