pmattern [1] filed a deletion request for dcmtk-snapshot [2]: Upstream abandoned the concept of "snapshot" releases (announcement [3], old and now stale download directory [4]). Package doesn't make sense any more, users have been informed about the planned removal in a pinned comment two weeks ago.
