MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for deluge-stable-git [2]: Broken: several python2-based dependecies dropped. Package can be deleted, no more v1.3 git development happening, latest stable branch is v2.0, for which there exists AUR/deluge2-stable-git package. There is also an AUR/deluge1 (v1.3 non-git stable) if someone wants the legacy version.
