This package is not outdated. The last version on the project's GitHub is indeed 4.6.1. [1] There were changes after that, but they were never tagged as a release. If desired, the -git variant of the package includes them. [2]

The former maintainer already filed an issue about this. [3] The upstream repository seems unmaintained, though, with the last commit from two years ago. I looked around for a more active fork, but no clear candidate emerged.

Though not in active development, the tools still works. By now, similar functionality can be achieved also using github-cli. [4] I do not know if that speaks for or against a deletion. If this package should be deleted, I would opt to also delete python-grip-git as well as python-path-and-address and python-path-and-address-git, which only serve as a dependency for grip.
