oech3 [1] filed a deletion request for opera-extras [2]: This and opera-ffmpeg-codecs provides aac and h264 to opera. The reason this was submitted is opera-ffmpeg-codecs was broken for long time. But now opera-ffmpeg-codecs is fixed.
