Except, the CI host has been down for over a year according to the flag
message, the package is orphan (so no one to fix it), and there are no
other sources for binaries in the upstream repo. Also, the source base
package `annepro2-tools-git` is available (though broken apparently).

IMO, there's no reason to keep this around in a broken stage (+1 year),
unless someone is willing to maintain this and file an issue upstream.
