Request #27266 has been rejected by alerque [1]: A broken download isn't enough reason to delete when the previous commented had posted a working URL. I orphaned it instead, if anybody is still interested they can fix it. Otherwise it might be up for deletion in a while if interest in fixing it has gone to zero since the comments.
