Request #24359 has been rejected by ainola [1]: AUR packages are buildscripts and not pre-built packages; therefore, we are not bound to any EULAs or third-party licenses. If there is a legal issue with the upstream software, that should be managed on the hoster's level (in this case, GitHub).
