No strong opinion about your request for temporary suspension.
However:
While pushing untested stuff to the AUR that fails to build is obviously
not ok, honest mistakes do happen.
It seems to me that the user in question seems pretty responsive [1] in
the face of constructive feedback, including your own [2].
Could it be that they just find it difficult to respond to requests that
are not clearly actionable (example [3])?
