The same user requested (and approved) my package genimage-git to be
orphaned, which was wrongly flagged out of date (it is a VCS) package.
When a package is out of date since long time (I believe after 90 days)
and someone asks for making it orphan, the request is accepted
automatically because is meant the package is not maintained.
