I've let a software as any other being accessible through a package, exactly same way as a let's say, a flash version of tuxrace.
Super Mario Bros. 1 and 2 (USA or otherwise) are proprietary and still under copyright. The internet archive hosts them as a library, so downloading them might be illegal and an act of piracy, which many don't want to support.

Tuxrace is FOSS.

I never said the ur is irrelevant in having that package in the repo, quite the opposite. I find the observations about the ur being a threat to the aur total non-sense.
I don't see where Muflone has claimed that. In any case, I agree that whether you'll create your fork is irrelevant to the package debate.
