I fear that you would be in the minority :). But please do feel free to maintain your own personal PKGBUILD for when you need an update faster than a maintainer can provide it!
Please note, I also maintain a separate Skaffold package (skaffold-bin) since at times new updates were not getting pushed for a month or more. Feel free to delete that as well.
