This list, like all the ones on lists.archlinux.org, is a self-managed opt-in list. You can unsubscribe or change your subscription options at any time from the list info page: https://lists.archlinux.org/listinfo/aur-general I believe after entering your email in the unsubscribe form at the bottom of the page it will send you a confirmation message to make sure you're taking action on an address you actually control.
