[aur-general] Rename aur package 'fetch-git' to 'neofetch-git'

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of the 'fetch-git' aur package and would like
to rename it to 'neofetch-git' to match upstream. I've already
created the 'neofetch-git' aur page and would like the old page
deleted and the comments and votes transfered to the new page.
