Good point, but we'll also have to add a default .gitignore file, otherwise everything in src/ and pkg/ and all downloaded files will be automatically included in commits. I think we should wait until [1] gets merged into that project: then that file could serve as a default .gitignore file for future AUR packages. > 1.
