[aur-general] Removal request: libsbsms

Hi,

The libsbsms package is now sbsms.  There's no real history on libsbsms,
seeing as it's less than a day old, so you can just delete it rather
than merging.

Remove: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libsbsms/
