[aur-general] Deletion request: pcsx2-bin

pcsx2-bin [1] is around for sometime in AUR, but IMHO it is no use 
anymore since pcsx2 [2] went to community repo, thanks to Maxime 
Gauduin. I presume that no user objects deleting pcsx2-bin as I 
commented twice about deleting in pcsx2-bin's comments, 1st in 
2013-03-27 and 2nd in 2013-04-07, and no one replied until now.

Having that said, please delete pcsx2-bin.
